RETURNS

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please consider the below conditions: 

1. Unopened & Unused Products:

- When returning an item, it should be in the same condition you received it. This means it shouldn't be used or opened.
- Everything that came with the product, like booklets and accessories, should be included. Also, any tags or serial numbers should be untouched.

2. Wrong or Suspicious Products:
- If you receive a product and believe it's not what you ordered, appears damaged, looks different from its description or photo, or you think it might be a fake, it's essential not to open its original packaging. This helps ensure you can return it without issues.

3. Opened Products:
- Once you've opened a product, especially if its original seal is broken, returning it becomes tricky. The only exception is if the product has a manufacturing defect or is broken. In such cases, you can return it.

4. Altered or Installed Products:
- If you've made any changes to the product, assembled it, or installed it, the return is generally not accepted. The only time it might be considered is if the product is defective or doesn't work as it should.

5. Complete Returns Only:
- If you're thinking of returning a product, you need to return all units & accessories of that product you ordered. For instance, if you ordered three units of a product, you can't return just one or two. All three units need to be returned together.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Arab Emirates, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
